How We Evaluated
We assessed each box on: supplement quality and evidence basis, product relevance to TTC, overall value vs. buying individually, and whether the contents would actually be useful to someone actively trying to conceive. Spoiler: some boxes are excellent; others are skincare samples with a fertility sticker slapped on.
Natalist
Natalist isn’t a traditional subscription box — it’s a subscribe-and-save system for their own fertility products. Their lineup includes OPK strips, pregnancy tests, prenatal vitamins, fertility lubricant, and a cycle-tracking journal. Everything is evidence-based, cleanly designed, and competitively priced. The subscription saves 15–20% vs. one-time purchases. What sets them apart: they only sell products directly relevant to TTC, with no filler.
Natalist on Amazon →Premama Fertility Support Bundle
Premama offers a fertility drink mix (with folate, iron, and fertility-supporting herbs) plus prenatal vitamins in a subscription format. The drink mix is a unique delivery method — you mix it into water, which helps with hydration compliance and is gentler on the stomach than pills. Good for women who struggle with swallowing capsules or experience prenatal nausea.
Premama on Amazon →BumpBoxes TTC Box
A curated monthly box with 5–8 TTC-themed items. Past boxes have included OPK strips, fertility teas, skincare samples, journals, relaxation items, and small luxury treats. More of a “are package” than a supplement delivery system. Best for: someone who wants the emotional/self-care side of TTC support, not someone looking for clinical-grade supplements.
BumpBoxes on Amazon →The DIY Alternative
For the cost of most subscription boxes ($30–60/month), you could build your own “fertility box” with exactly what you need and nothing you don’t:
- FullWell Prenatal — $45/month (the most complete prenatal available)
- Easy@Home OPK 50-pack — $16 (lasts 2+ months)
- Easy@Home HCG strips 25-pack — $8 (lasts months)
Total: ~$50–60/month for clinical-grade products chosen specifically for you, vs. $30–60 for a curated box that may include items you don’t need.
Best for supplement delivery: Natalist or DIY. Best for emotional support/self-care: BumpBoxes. Best for capsule-averse: Premama drink mix. If you’re serious about fertility optimization, the DIY approach with evidence-based products from our guides will always beat a curated box on clinical value.
